Mobility to Improve Golf Performance.
“I started training with Sam when I was 57 yo. He completed a full assessment and we agreed on goals. He helped me immensely with mobility and flexibility, helping me to identify some issues I never really appreciated before. (Amazing the impact that a misaligned big toe can have on physiology). After getting back some flexibility and mobility, I started making significant strength gains. Also, we began doing exercises and stretches that really improved performance on the golf course. It was very noticeable. Importantly, I always knew the plan of what we were doing and why. I also always knew how much measured progress I was making. Sam kept on challenging me and introducing new exercises into the workouts. It kept everything interesting. Sam is a great guy. He’s smart and really funny.
