Frequently asked questions.

What makes your training different?

Unlike traditional training that only targets muscles and joints, my approach focuses on the nervous system—the body’s control center. By improving how your brain and body communicate, we can reduce pain, restore proper movement, and unlock faster, longer-lasting performance gains. This means you get results that go beyond strength alone, helping you move and perform at your best.

Do I need to be in pain to work with you?

No—you don’t have to be in pain to benefit from this training. While I specialize in helping people overcome pain and accelerate rehab, I also work with athletes and active individuals who want to improve performance, prevent injuries, and live without limitations.

How is your approach different from physical therapy or chiropractic care?

While physical therapy and chiropractic care often focus on tissues, joints, and structural alignment, my approach works directly with the brain and nervous system—the source of how your body interprets pain and controls movement. By addressing sensory input and motor output at the neurological level, we can create faster, longer-lasting changes in how you move, recover, and perform.

What age athletes do you work with?

I’ve worked with athletes as young as 6 years old all the way up to professionals. While younger athletes can benefit, I typically recommend starting around age 12 when they’re better able to focus and handle more mentally and physically challenging tasks. That said, programs are always adapted to meet the athlete where they are in their development.

How does remote training work if you are not there with me?

Remote clients use the Bridge Athletic app, which provides video demonstrations, detailed cues, sets, reps, and progressions for every exercise. You’ll also have constant communication with me, including the ability to submit videos of your technique for feedback. This setup actually allows for more structured, individualized plans compared to only seeing a trainer once or twice a week in person.

How many sessions will I need?

For in-person rehab, many clients notice their issue resolve or significantly improve within the first 1–3 sessions using The SQUARE 1 System. For remote training and accelerated rehab programs, results often begin within the first 1–2 weeks, thanks to targeted isometrics and neurological drills that stimulate the areas of the brain connected to your issue. Although every situation is unique, we typically recommend committing to at least 3 months of remote training to fully integrate the system and achieve the best long-term results.
